Kathleen McCullough is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Ms. McCullough graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as an associate editor for the Fordham Law Review, in which she published “Mandatory Arbitration and Sexual Harassment Claims: #MeToo- and Time's Up-Inspired Action Against the Federal Arbitration Act.” She also served as a staff member of the Fordham Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. McCullough was a judicial extern for Judge Cathy Seibel of the Southern District of New York.
