Kathleen Y. Kim is a Litigation & Trial associate and a member of the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Kim counsels clients in complex antitrust and competition matters, with a focus on litigating matters at the intersection of antitrust and technology.
She represents clients within and across a variety of industries, including technology, consumer and retail goods, life sciences, banking, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
Ms. Kim joined Latham in 2022 after working in the Washington, D.C. office of another international law firm. She is an active member of the ABA’s Antitrust and International Sections and Young Lawyers’ Division. She serves on the Trial Committee of its Antitrust Section.
Ms. Kim maintains an active pro bono practice, and has advocated for clients in healthcare, immigration, asylum, and family law matters, often collaborating with nonprofit organizations.
