Katherine Magaziner is a litigation and trial associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and represents corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in a range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on securities class actions. Ms. Magaziner’s practice spans a range of industries, including energy, technology, and consumer products.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, handling Violence Against Women Act and asylum immigration matters.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Magaziner attended Georgetown University Law Center and graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as an executive editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
