Julianne Osborne is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Osborne is a well-rounded litigator with experience across multiple industries and areas of the law, with a focus on complex commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation. She represents clients at all stages of litigation, from fact and expert discovery to pre-trial preparation to trial and post-trial case resolution.
Ms. Osborne has extensive experience managing all aspects of discovery; writing discovery, pre-trial, and post-trial briefs; and taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions.
Ms. Osborne graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a teaching fellow in constitutional law to Professor Christina Ponsa and an editor of Columbia’s Journal of European Law. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Alvin. K. Hellerstein of the US District Court, Southern District of New York.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Osborne worked as an adjunct professor of English at the Université de Rennes in Brittany, France, and she has full professional proficiency in French.
