Mr. Baldo represents emerging companies and venture capital investors involved in technology and other growth industries.

He advises clients on a variety of transactions including:

• Early-stage formation and strategy
• Day-to-day corporate advice

Mr. Baldo maintains an active pro bono practice in partnership with the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic.
