Latham & Watkins Named Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year

Jonathan Guest is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Guest represents underwriters, initial purchasers, lenders, investors, and public and private companies across various sectors in connection with:
Mr. Guest maintains an active pro bono practice, representing entrepreneurs and small business owners in connection with corporate entity formation, 501(c)(3) status, and other transactional matters. He formerly served as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and currently serves as the coordinator for the firm’s partnership with the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneurial Law Project.
Mr. Guest recently spent time on secondment at Barclays Capital.
Mr. Guest stays active in the Washington & Lee community as a mentor for the Black Alumni Mentoring Program and as an Alumni Admissions Program volunteer. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law.
