Jonathan Goldberg is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking Practice. 

Mr. Goldberg represents lead arrangers, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in leveraged finance transactions.

Mr. Goldberg previously worked in the leveraged finance group at RBC Capital Markets and Barclays. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
