Johanna Selberg is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

She advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Selberg received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as lead executive editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Selberg also served as a law fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program, a student attorney in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic, and an executive board member of the Georgetown Law ACLU and the Women’s Legal Alliance.

Prior to law school, Ms. Selberg earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Munich.
