Job Taylor retired from Partnership on February 28, 2004. A generalist, he has tried cases involving antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, dealer distribution disputes, product liability, toxic torts, contractual disputes, trade secret disputes (dealing primarily in the area of computer technology, both hardware and software) and equal employment opportunity matters. Mr. Taylor joined Latham & Watkins in 1985, after having been a litigation partner in the firm of Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O'Donnell & Weyher.

Mr. Taylor is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth, District of Columbia, and Federal Circuits, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims, Court of International Trade, Customs Court, Tax Court, and Court of Military Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York, the Northern District of California and the District of Connecticut.

Mr. Taylor has tried cases in various jurisdictions, including California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Washington, D.C. Professional memberships include the American Bar Association Antitrust Section, as well as the District of Columbia and New York City Bar Associations.
