Jina Davidovich is an associate in the Tax Department in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.

Ms. Davidovich represents privately held and publicly traded companies, sponsors, and executives regarding executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting executive employment and severance agreements, designing and implementing equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements, and advising clients on the tax, securities, and corporate law issues that may arise in connection with such arrangements. Ms. Davidovich counsels clients with respect to compensation and benefits issues in initial public offerings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.

Ms. Davidovich advises clients on transactions within a variety of industries, including technology, media, construction, and life sciences, among others.

Ms. Davidovich maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting organizations that represent students with disabilities.
