Yutong (Janet) Zhang

Janet Zhang is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise.

Ms. Zhang assists in the representation of public and private companies, as well as private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters across a variety of sectors including life sciences, media, and technology.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Zhang was an associate at a leading international law firm in New York. She is a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker and fluent in English and Japanese.
