Jack Chai is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Mr. Chai represents clients across various industries, such as software, commercial products, and e-commerce. Mr. Chai advises clients on a broad array of intellectual property and technology transactions, including:

While in law school, Mr. Chai served as senior editor of the Columbia Law Review. Mr. Chai was also a member of the Lawyering in the Digital Age Clinic, where he assisted local public interest organizations in more efficiently integrating technology into their day-to-day practice.
