Helen Klein is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Klein served as deputy associate counsel in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel vetting presidential nominations and appointments. Previously, she served as a judicial clerk to Judge Darrin P. Gayles of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to Judge Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

During law school, Ms. Klein served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review.
