    Profile

    Hayden Putre is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

    He advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.

    Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Putre received his law degree at the University of Chicago Law School, where he was also a member of the Doctoroff Business Leadership program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Georgia.

    Experience

    Mr. Putre’s experience includes advising:

    • Hellman & Friedman on the offering of €500 million Senior Secured Notes by its portfolio company Verisure, a home and small business security system and monitoring provider, with operations throughout Europe and South America
    • Axian Telecom, an emerging-markets telecommunications services provider, on its debut issuance of US$420 million 7.375% Senior Notes, concurrent with a revolving credit facility, and in connection with anchor orders from multiple development finance institutions
    • The initial purchasers on Reno de Medici’s (RDM) issuance of €445 million sustainability-linked Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, concurrent with a Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility, in connection with the take-private acquisition of RDM by funds managed by Apollo
    • The initial purchasers on the US$450 million issuance of Senior Secured Notes due 2027 by Energean, international upstream oil and gas company
