Enrique Fayos de Arizón is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Mr. Fayos de Arizón advises clients on all aspects of EU and Spanish competition law and represents them before the European Commission and the Spanish competition authority (CNMC) with a particular focus on merger control, abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements, and State Aid. He also advises clients on EU regulatory matters.
His experience covers several industry sectors including the chemical, energy, technology, media, consumer goods, and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Fayos de Arizón worked at a leading boutique firm focusing on EU and Spanish competition law in Madrid. He also worked as an intern at the Spanish office of another leading international law firm.
