Emilie Schwarz is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Schwarz was a summer associate in the New York office. 

While in law school, Ms. Schwarz served on the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, where her note was published and received the “Outstanding Note” award for 2019. She interned for both the Queens District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Domestic Violence and the United Nations. Further, Ms. Schwarz co-founded Columbia Law School’s Legal Technology Association and hosted the school’s first Legal Tech Fair. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Schwarz served as a legal analyst for the New York State Office of the Attorney General, working on qui tam litigation.
