Elizabeth Greenman is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department and a member of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice.
Ms. Greenman’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes, including copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. She has successfully represented a wide array of clients in federal and state court, as well as private arbitrations and mediations. Ms. Greenman’s litigation experience includes extensive motion and discovery practice, and she has successfully argued motions in both state and federal court, negotiated numerous settlements, and is familiar with all stages of litigation up to and including trial.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Greenman consults on Entertainment, Sports & Media transactional matters with an emphasis on limiting clients’ litigation exposure.
Prior to law school, Ms. Greenman worked in law enforcement as a police officer and detective, and she earned several commendations for outstanding service.
