Egzon Sulejmani is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Egzon Sulejmani handles capital markets, general securities, and corporate matters. Mr. Sulejmani advises private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and private and public companies on a variety of investment and financing transactions.
Mr. Sulejmani represents issuers and investment banking firms on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, spanning initial public offerings, direct listings, follow-on offerings, and high yield and investment grade debt offerings.
Mr. Sulejmani maintains an active pro bono practice, helping low-income entrepreneurs start, grow, and expand their businesses as a member of the leadership team of Latham’s partnership program with NYC Small Business Solutions.
While in law school, he served on the Cornell International Law Journal.
