Daria Alina Les is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Ms. Les advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments.

Ms. Les trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in corporate transactions, capital markets, leveraged finance transactions, competition law and merger control matters, commercial arbitrations, international trade control matters, and sanctions compliance and enforcement.

  • An investor in connection with a Series B funding round by a financial infrastructure platform
  • A private equity firm on its acquisition of a group that develops and manufacturers parts and systems for use in the transportation, automotive, industrial, military, and construction markets
