Latham & Watkins Named Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year
Chambers USA recognized the firm as a “powerhouse in the capital markets space.”
Claire Hutar is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins, and member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Hutar advises public and private companies on corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Debt and equity financings
- General corporate matters
Ms. Hutar’s practice spans a variety of sectors ranging from life sciences and healthcare, to technology, energy, hospitality, and retail.
Ms. Hutar maintains an active pro bono practice, advising local small business owners with respect to government assistant programs in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also served as an advocate for families of children with special needs in IEP meetings.
