Cierra Warren is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Warren advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Warren primarily handles domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-out acquisitions, controlling and minority investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic transactions across a variety of industries.

Ms. Warren maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing non-profit clients on corporate governance issues and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Warren was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office. She also worked as a judicial intern for Judge James A. Wynn at the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

In law school, Ms. Warren served as an assistant articles editor for Virginia Tax Review, and served as a Virginia law ambassador.
