Christopher Wood is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Houston office and a member of the Finance Department. He represents and counsels financial institutions, public and private companies, and private equity sponsors in commercial lending and financing transactions.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Wood was a submarine warfare officer in the United States Navy.

Mr. Wood’s experience includes advising:

  • A home security alarm monitoring company in a committed US$245 million secured superpriority debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility, a US$295 million secured revolving exit credit facility, and a US$822 million secured term takeback credit facility
  • Citrus, LLC in its US$200 million revolving credit facility and US$400 million term loan
  • An international banking and financial services company in its US$150 million revolving credit facility for Felix Water
  • A multinational banking and financial services company in its US$95 term loan and revolving credit facility for Hartree Cardinal Gas
  • Credit Suisse in its US$225 million term loan facility for PHI Group
