Christina Garrett is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mrs. Garrett represents private equity sponsors and private and public company borrowers in secured lending and other financing transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, subordinated debt facilities, and subscription lines of credit. Prior to joining Latham, Mrs. Garrett represented trustees and agents in financial transactions at an Am Law 100 firm.

While in law school, she served as an editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. Before law school, Mrs. Garrett taught middle school as a Teach For America corps member.

Mrs. Garrett is also actively involved with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and currently serves as one of the Class Liaisons for the 2019 Pathfinders.
