    Celia Gallo is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of Latham & Watkins' Paris office. She advises French and international clients with labor law advice related to corporate reorganizations and downsizing, business outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and relationships with unions and employee representatives. She frequently engages in negotiations with unions, work councils, and the labor administration and related litigation.

    Ms. Gallo's recent experience includes:

    • FRAIKIN in its acquisition of VIA Location, a commercial car rental company (long term, with or without drivers)
    • Redundancy plans in services sector, negotiation with works councils and unions of collective agreements*
    • Litigation post-redundancy plan for a major international software company*
    • Advice and implementation of working time policies in an internet and digital media sector company, negotiation with works councils and unions of collective agreements*
