Brent E. Begany

Brent Begany is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Mr. Begany advises private companies and private equity funds on M&A transactions and general corporate matters.

He also has experience representing investment and commercial banks, borrowers, and private equity firms in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
