Dr. Ann-Sophie Rosenhagen is an associate in Latham & Watkins' Frankfurt and Hamburg offices and advises German and international investors, banks, and companies on domestic and cross-border financing and restructuring matters.
She studied law at the University of Osnabrück focusing on corporate and commercial law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Rosenhagen worked as a research assistant at the institute for corporate and commercial law at the University of Osnabrück and obtained her doctorate with a thesis relating to stock company law.
During her legal clerkship, Ms. Rosenhagen completed parts of her practical legal training at a business law firm specialized on corporate law and at the Ministry of Justice Schleswig-Holstein.
