Latham Named Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm of the Year

Anika Amin is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.
Ms. Amin advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors on a wide range of matters in the media, sports and entertainment, technology, retail and consumer, and healthcare industries.
As part of her active pro bono practice, Ms. Amin serves as the pro bono coordinator for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and helps low-income artists and entrepreneurs with contract drafting and review, and advises civic organizations and nonprofits on general legal matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Amin worked at international law firm, where her practice included representing lenders in motion picture and television financings.
While in law school, Ms. Amin was the production editor of the UCLA Law Review, staff editor on the Entertainment Law Review, and Co-Chair of the South Asian Law Students’ Association.
