Ana Bautista is an associate in the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins. She advises national and international clients from different industries on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with special focus on corporate governance.

Ms. Bautista regularly assists companies on general corporate matters. She has also advised in restructuring processes and initial public offerings.
