Ana Bautista is an associate in the Madrid office of Latham & Watkins. She advises national and international clients from different industries on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with special focus on corporate governance.

Ms. Bautista regularly assists companies on general corporate matters. She has also advised in restructuring processes and initial public offerings.

Ms. Bautista´s experience includes advising:

  • CVC in its €1.994 billion investment in LaLiga, Spain’s professional football league
  • The Ad Hoc Group of bondholders in the context of the restructuring of Spanish shipping company Naviera Armas
  • Latécoère in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Malaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems (MADES)
  • Ecoener, a wind, hydro, and photovoltaic energy operator, on its IPO for a capitalization of c. €350 million
  • Glovo in the raising of €115 million (Round C financing)
  • A leading international bank in the acquisition and securitization of a portfolio of 15 mortgage loans granted by Banco Sabadell
