Alex Bossone

Alex Bossone is a private equity finance associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Bossone represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as operating companies, emerging companies, and public companies in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and other cash flow and asset-based credit facilities.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Bossone was an associate at a Boston-based law firm. While in law school, Mr. Bossone served as senior notes editor on The Federal Communications Law Journal.
