Adam Zuckerman is a member of the Digital Assets & Web3 and Emerging Companies Practices in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Zuckerman represents cryptocurrency and Web3 companies across their lifecycles on general corporate matters, financings, token launches, DAO formation, product counseling, and a variety of regulatory matters.

He represents clients across the crypto and Web3 industry, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, DeFi companies, Web3 gaming companies, cross-chain bridges, NFT companies, and various blockchain infrastructure projects. In addition, he advises a number of the leading venture capital firms within the crypto and Web3 sector on matters involving financings, token rights and distributions, and decentralized governance.

Mr. Zuckerman has published several papers on digital asset insurance — a burgeoning industry that seeks to provide insurance coverage for crypto assets and smart contracts.

Mr. Zuckerman is a member of the Bay Area offices' Pro Bono Committee. As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Zuckerman has represented clients in asylum and DACA applications. He has also counseled clients in eviction settlement hearings in San Mateo.
