The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) — a nonpartisan, nonprofit civil rights group founded to protect constitutional freedoms in the United States — recently honored Latham with a George Washington Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service at its Fifth Anniversary Gala in Washington, D.C. The award recognizes Latham’s efforts to help the NCLA fulfill its mission of protecting civil liberties in connection with various cases at the Supreme Court.
