Latham & Watkins Advises Trustmark in Sale of Health Benefits to Health Care Service Corporation

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and Trustco Holdings, Inc. (Trustmark) have announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for HCSC to purchase Trustmark’s wholly owned subsidiary, Trustmark Health Benefits, which is a leading third-party administrator of health benefits. The transaction will provide HCSC with additional capabilities to serve a broader set of customers seeking customizable and flexible health benefit solutions.
