Asian Legal Business recognizes Noah Carr, a corporate partner in Latham & Watkins' Tokyo office, for leading multiple transactions for tech investors.
Tokyo corporate partner Noah Carr has been named to Asian Legal Business’ 2019 list of 40 outstanding legal professionals under the age of 40.
Carr was recognized for leading multiple growth equity and joint venture transactions for Japanese technology investors. Citing a client, Asian Legal Business praised his quick understanding and communication of business goals: “His involvement helps take pressure off the whole team”.
