Todd Beauchamp, Global Co-Chair of Latham & Watkins’ market-leading Fintech Industry Group and leader of the firm’s Payments & Emerging Financial Services Practice, has been named to Global Banking Regulation Review’s list of leading banking regulation practitioners under the age of 45.

Beauchamp is well-recognized as one of the world’s top lawyers in the area of financial services regulation, payments, and fintech. He represents traditional financial institutions, non-bank financial services companies, as well as technology companies, on a full spectrum of regulatory, transactional, and general corporate matters. Beauchamp has comprehensive knowledge of emerging payment technologies, including those related to money transmission, virtual currencies, electronic payments, and stored value.
