Three Latham Litigators Honored as Client Service All-Stars

Based on the results of its annual survey of corporate counsel and executives, the BTI Consulting Group has chosen Elizabeth Deeley, Cary R. Perlman, and Michael H. Rubin as 2019 Client Service All-Stars.

The list celebrates attorneys who have “mastered the art of superior client service” and “stand out in the sea of legal services providers,” according to BTI Consulting. Deeley, Perlman and Rubin are honored for being “unsurpassed in their delivery of client service.” 

The 2019 Latham honorees are:

Elizabeth Deeley, a Bay Area-based litigator and a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice. Her work covers a broad range of business disputes, including consumer protection and unfair business practices, false advertising, fraud, securities, contract, trade secrets, privacy, and business torts.

Cary R. Perlman, a Chicago-based litigator and member of the firm’s Environment, Land & Resources Department and Litigation Department. He focuses on matters involving complex commercial litigation, complex regulatory programs, class action defense, and environmental enforcement defense.

Michael H. Rubin, a Bay Area-based litigator and a leader of the firm’s Data Privacy & Security practice. He focuses on the defense of complex privacy, Internet, and consumer class action litigation and global regulatory investigations on behalf of emerging companies and market leaders.
