Tax Partner Among Most Influential Women Attorneys in Los Angeles

Tax partner Pardis Zomorodi has been named among the Most Influential Women Attorneys in Los Angeles in recognition of “exceptional legal skill and achievement” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She was cited for advising clients on the tax aspects “in notable deals, many of which have impact on the California economy,” including mergers, acquisitions, spin-off transactions, and the formation private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as the taxation of corporations, partnerships, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Ms. Zomorodi is a member of the firm’s Tax Department and serves as Deputy Office Managing Partner for the Century City office.
