The International Arbitration Practice of Latham & Watkins has once again been celebrated by Who’s Who Legal, which tracks the “foremost legal practitioners in multiple areas of business law.” Nine lawyers, based in offices around the globe, were selected for the Arbitration 2020 guide, representing an all-time high for the firm. The annual rankings, based on the independent research of Who’s Who Legal and “taking into account tens of thousands of recommendations from clients and peers around the world, comprise the foremost practitioners in the field worldwide.”
All three Co-Chairs of Latham’s arbitration practice, Sophie Lamb QC, Fernando Mantilla-Serrano, and Claudia Salomon, were recognized, along with partners Philip Clifford QC and Sebastian Seelmann-Eggebert.
In the Future Leaders – Partners category, Oliver Browne, Charles Claypoole and John Adam were selected, and associate Nora Fredstie was honored in the Future Leaders – Non-Partners category.
In addition to being named to the Who’s Who Legal Arbitration 2020 guide, Ms. Lamb, Mr. Mantilla-Serrano, and Ms. Salomon were included in the Thought Leaders – Arbitration 2020 list, which recognizes those in arbitration who “are worthy of special mention owing not only to their vast expertise and experience advising on some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge legal matters, but also their ability to innovate, inspire, and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients.” Ms. Lamb achieved further distinction in the 2020 guide and was named to the Thought Leaders – Global Elite list, which highlights lawyers “at the peak of the profession.”
Reflective of the size, scope and reach of the firm’s renowned arbitration practice, 2020 honorees hail from Latham offices in four different countries.
