Managing Intellectual Property selected Washington, D.C. partner Max Grant as the D.C. IP Litigator of the Year as part of the publication’s 2016 North American Awards program recognizing outstanding achievements including successful cases, notable client wins and innovative approaches to the law. Grant was honored for his achievements as lead counsel for InterDigital in a trial asserting three patents against ZTE Corp. in which the jury found all claims infringed.
