Chambers added: "Their key skill is navigating the shades of grey in a highly compliance-oriented, regulated industry. They did this masterfully."

Chambers described Latham as “a leading light in the FinTech space” that “continues to demonstrate outstanding capabilities across such key areas as data protection, payments, cryptocurrencies and broader regulatory issues” while drawing on “a wealth of experience of acting on landmark mandates in the technology sector, alongside tremendous resources across its extensive global network.” Chambers added: “With its exemplary track record guiding clients through complex, cross-border transactions, the firm counts established institutions as well as numerous startups among its clientele.”
