Orange County partner Andrew Gray has been honored by the Daily Journal in its annual Top 40 Under 40 report, which highlights lawyers in California who have developed impressive practices and advised clients on notable matters.
Gray represents public companies, directors, and officers in securities class actions suits, shareholder derivative litigation, corporate control and merger disputes, SEC investigations and enforcement actions, and other complex litigation. In his published profile, the Daily Journal reviewed Gray’s career path and his success in recent litigation, particularly the representation of California-based electronic health records company Quality Systems, Inc. in a series of securities litigation cases.
Gray is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice, which has handled more than 1,000 cases during the past decade, ranging from federal and state class, individual, and derivative actions to US Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 2(e) and other regulatory proceedings.
