PROFILE

Hadi Najem is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Hadi handles a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. 

Prior to qualification, Hadi trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in corporate, restructuring, leveraged finance, and project finance transactions.
