Christopher Sullivan is the knowledge management lawyer for the Structured Finance and Securitization and Derivatives Practices in the London office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience in structured finance and capital market transactions, acting for underwriters, originators, investors, and service providers across a variety of transaction structures and asset classes.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Sullivan was a knowledge management lawyer for the securitization, derivatives, and capital markets teams at another international law firm. Mr. Sullivan also practiced as a transactional lawyer at a Magic Circle firm and was seconded to the investment banking divisions of Barclays and RBS in London.
