Jeff Bjork, Global Vice Chair of the Restructuring and Special Situations Practice, represents public and private companies, creditors, and investors in all aspects of restructuring.
With more than 20 years in practice, Mr. Bjork has represented clients in all aspects of restructuring, including debtors (public company and privately held), distressed investors, sellers, and purchasers of financially troubled companies, bond insurers, debt syndicates, and bondholder groups. He has substantial experience representing companies in resolving their mass tort liabilities as well as bond insurers and bond holders in municipal restructurings, including in Chapter 9.
Consistently recognized as a leading restructuring lawyer in the United States, Mr. Bjork was named to the American College of Bankruptcy as a fellow for the class of 2020.
