Brett Carr is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group. Mr. Carr’s practice covers a range of financial services regulatory advice. Mr. Carr has experience advising regulated firms, such as retail and private banks, asset managers, broker dealers, investment funds, consumer credit providers, and payment service providers on domestic and cross-border regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Carr practiced in the London office of an international law firm. During this time, Mr. Carr completed secondments to a leading global bank and a Swiss private bank.
