Thomas W. Yeh is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. He has represented clients from complaint through trial in federal district court and the International Trade Commission. Mr. Yeh’s cases cover a wide range of technologies, including wireless communications, semiconductor devices, optics, medical devices and automotive technology. He also has experience with cases involving large volumes of source code and wireless standards.
Mr. Yeh has handled various aspects of both offensive and defensive complex litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, preparing and taking depositions, motions practice and trial. Mr. Yeh’s experience also includes internships at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission.
Mr. Yeh graduated with high honors from The George Washington University Law School. He also served as an editor on the George Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Yeh received degrees in electrical engineering and economics from Rice University.
