Zachary Eddington is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Eddington’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He also represents clients in national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.

Before joining Latham, Mr. Eddington served as a law clerk to Judge Jerry Smith of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He received his JD from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
