James McCrory is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. McCrory advises asset managers with respect to raising and marketing private funds across a broad range of strategies, establishing bespoke strategic partnership, joint venture, co-investment and managed account arrangements, fund restructurings, as well as providing advice as to fund operational matters. Additionally, he represents institutional investors in connection with their cornerstone private fund investments, and separate managed accounts.

Mr. McCrory advises clients across Europe, Asia, and North America. Clients include LaSalle, CDPQ, Oaktree, Ares, Tata Capital, Generali, Partners Group, a global US tech giant, and Go-Jek.
