Hanno Kaiser is a US and EU antitrust lawyer with a focus on complex transactions and conduct investigations in high-technology industries, specifically the overlap of antitrust, privacy, and intellectual property.

Mr. Kaiser has represented clients in merger and conduct matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, the Korean Fair Trading Commission (KFTC), SAMR and other agencies around the world, as well as in civil antitrust and IP litigation.

Mr. Kaiser is particularly experienced in antitrust matters involving complex transactions, big data, privacy, and intellectual property issues, including standard setting and patent pools.
