Hanno Kaiser is a US and EU antitrust lawyer with a focus on complex transactions, high-technology industries, and the overlap of antitrust and intellectual property. 

Mr. Kaiser has represented clients in merger and conduct matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, MOFCOM, and other agencies, as well as in civil antitrust and IP litigation.  

Mr. Kaiser is particularly experienced in antitrust matters involving complex transactions, intellectual property issues, including standard setting, and patent pools.
