Brittany Ehardt is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Ehardt was a summer associate in the New York office.

Ms. Ehardt earned her JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. She also served as an oralist on the Moot Court Board. After graduating law school, Ms. Ehardt served as a law clerk for Judge Gerald J. Pappert of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to law school, Ms. Ehardt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
