Sarah Gagan is a partner in the Corporate Department, Global Vice Chair of the Technology Transactions Practice, and Global Co-Chair of Latham’s Internet & Digital Media Industry Group. She represents public and private companies in a broad range of technology transactions.

Ms. Gagan’s clients include emerging growth and established technology companies particularly in the fields of software, internet services, e-commerce, data security, medical devices, and life sciences as well as financial institutions, consumer goods manufacturers, and governmental agencies.
